About the event
We will use 16x11 white trays to create beautiful culinary works of art, filled with a variety of cheeses, cured meats, nuts, crackers, dried fruit and garnish. We'll make marinated feta as one of the spreads. They will be feed roughly 8-10 and be a perfect addition to Mother's Day on Sunday, (we'll tightly wrap and leave your crackers off) charcuterie trays are something I love making and have so much fun, we'll make each one special and you'll leave with a masterpiece. This class is $110 per tray, if 2 people want to work on a tray that's great, just leave that in the comments.
